Memberships We Provide

We have four membership packages to choose from to give you what you need, when you need it. The bronze Membership is an incentive package for companies who are unsure if they really need a full time IT staff. The package gives a two week trial of our services at a low price of $100 ( Cost is for travel and setup fees). The details of what is contained in the package are listed below. At the time the membership expires, you will have the option of discontinuing service or purchasing a membership contract geared towards what you need. The Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages are priced in accordance with how many computers your company maintains. 1 – 20 computers is considered a small business and 21 – 100 and considered a medium sized business. If your company has more then 100 computers, please ask us for our larger membership packages information, we will provide that to you through email or mail. Prices are weighed against the administration that must go into maintaining your network infrastructure. Payment scheduling is flexible. We would like to take the stress out of network management, and as such we will work with you on the payment of your membership.

Bronze Membership

 

The Bronze Membership is a Two Week trial of our services. The services within the bronze membership are;

Time Blocks

Time Blocks are additional support hours to provide Remote desktop sessions, Telephone support calls, and On-Site technical support when these services within your membership deplete. Time blocks can also be used for any other service provided by JG Technologies, such as but not limited to Network design, Implementation, Consulting, Cabling, PC Maintenance, Operating system installation / repair / removal. Time blocks come in 4 different hour block arrangements to suit your additional needs. Time blocks are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable. Remote Desktop Support will be billed in half hour increments, and rounded to the next closest half hour. Example, Remote Desktop session lasts 45 minutes; it will be billed 1 hour. Telephone Support will be billed in half hour increments, and rounded to the next closest half hour. Example, Telephone call lasts 45 minutes; it will be billed 1 hour.
