Our Medium sized business IT services are for the 21- 100 computer sized companies. Network infrastructure maintenance for a network of this size is more work then that of a 1 – 20 computer node network. Our certified professionals that are employed with us at JG Technologies thrive on maintaining networks of this size. We will work side by side with you to maintain audit policies, Security policies to ensure your network is safe, and in the case of a malicious attack the proper steps can be taken to find who penetrated the network. Along with disaster recovery strategies to ensure in the event of a disaster whether natural or malicious, your data can be restored with little downtime.

Antivirus and Spy-ware Updates/Scans
Antivirus Databases grow out of date quickly with the new development of Viruses everyday. We will check to make sure the database is up to date and
consistent
once a week so the chance of virus infection is brought to a minimum. With Antivirus software, so does a Spy-ware database grow out of date quickly. Spy-ware is an intrusive problem that needs just as close attention then Antivirus. At JG Technologies, minimizing the risk to your computer systems and data is an essential part of our commitment to you.
DHCP
Management
DHCP is a
mechanism
built into most routers and Server operating systems that allow your computer IP addresses to be dynamically obtained. Management of DHCP includes additions of new scopes, removal of old scopes, and conflict
determination
and resolution. DHCP Management will be done
remotely
as required.
Network Mapping Package
Network Mapping is a collection of information about your existing network, such as where computers are plugged into the router (Topology Report), a sub-netting layout (if applicable), what network devices are running on your network like printers, faxes and IP Telephones. The Network Mapping package will help in speeding up the troubleshooting of problems so that your network continues to run with little as possible downtime.

JG Technologies provides an Electronic Newsletter that keeps you up to date on the latest technology trends, Software and problems related to technology that businesses like yours are experiencing. The newsletter is provided every Friday to members and clients of JG Technologies.
PC Optimization
Servers/Computers run sluggish after use. JG Technologies will keep your systems running optimally by cleaning temp directories, performing regular antivirus scans, defragmentation of the hard disks and cleaning the memory are just a few things JG Technologies will do to keep your systems running seamlessly.
Technical Support
With each membership comes a different amount of Support. All memberships include Telephone support, On Site Support, and Remote desktop support. Most support will be done through Telephone and Remote desktop sessions. Onsite support will be done in the case these do not suffice.
Operating System Updates
Microsoft releases security hot fixes, and service packs. To keep your operating system secure it is of
extreme
importance the releases from
Microsoft are
tested and installed on your system. JG Technologies will test and install the
necessary
releases on your systems to keep your servers/computers secure.
Vulnerability Assessment
With Gold and Platinum packages comes a vulnerability assessment. JG Technologies will ethically hack your network to ensure your network data and devices are protected from malicious attacks. A report and suggestions as to the steps
necessary to protect your network
will be provided to the client as part of the membership agreement.
